  Key Responsibilities:
  
  Contract Drafting and Negotiation:
  - Create, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including artist agreements, presenter contracts, and contracts related to artist employment.
  - Ensure contracts align with legal standards, industry regulations, and protect the company's interests.
  
  Intellectual Property Protection:
  - Provide expert legal advice on intellectual property matters, particularly in the realm of music copyright.
  - Develop strategies to protect and enforce the company's intellectual property rights.
  
  Artist Employment Contracts:
  - Draft and manage contracts related to artist employment, ensuring clarity in terms of responsibilities, compensation, and contractual obligations.
  - Address legal issues related to employment relationships within the music industry.
  
  Legal Research and Compliance:
  - Stay informed about changes in music industry laws and regulations, ensuring all contracts and practices are compliant.
