• Job Description

  - Responsible for the new plant set-up of production lines and driving the company's goals.
  - To ensure all production performance output to align with production capacity plan in daily, weekly and monthly.
  - Coordinates with team and producing leadership in the day to day and long term aspects of the operation.
  - Assist Managing director in monitoring and analyzing the current system of operation and working out a strategy for improving in production, quality and delivery.
  - Analyzing and improving production procedure/Standard in order to solve the problems related to products.
  - Create & Develop improvement plan, support Lean/Six Sigma.
  - Drives key performance indicators (KPIs) within the specific production areas to achieve the company's goals.
  - Ensure all machines and tools are available for production.
  - Setting and maintaining the Cost Budget for Production follow the company's strategies.
  - Monitoring and improving production yield and process capability.
