• Job Description

  - Responsible for ensuring that all quality standards and procedures are in place and properly implemented in all sections to demonstrate conformance to requirements of customers, public standard and effective operation of the quality system.
  - Responsible for the preparation, issuance and control of all quality related standards and procedures.
  - To ensure of implement quality management system (IATF16949)
  - Facilitates internal and external quality audits like ISO9000, IATF16949.
  - Recommends disposition and Judgment for non-conforming materials and products.
  - Responsible for analysis customer claim & Complaint (Follow up and verify)
  - Reviews and evaluates proposed countermeasures for non-conformities found during internal and external quality audits.
  - Responsible for creating programs and activities that increases quality awareness for all employees.
  - Training for basic tire technology, ISO9001, IATF16949 Requirement for new employee (Orientation).
  - Prepare data for meeting and Minute meeting of Quality Meeting, Management Review meeting and KPI&KGI Meeting.
  - Prepare data and Conduct of Standard mark audit and Customer Audit activity.
  - Contact with TISI for register product list concerned to legal.
  - Prepare New Article summarize report and PPAP Package Preparation
  - Conduct the inspection report for OE tire
