  【Job Summary】Product development of air conditioner motors
  - Air conditioner motor development work.
  (Checking requirement specifications, designing motors, planning, execution, summarizing evaluation results, and reviewing).
  - Analyze design problems and study countermeasures.
  - Prepare related 2D drawings, configuration drawings, and specifications
  - Review the work of team members
  (Review with the Thai manager the work system, work assignments, and review within the group).
  - Examine ways to improve work efficiency, such as mutualization and automation of routine work
