    Report to Thai Manager
    Department: Condo Business Department
    Position: Assistant Manager
    - Responsible for the overall business of condominium projects with partner companies
    - Responsible for fund management, construction progress management, cost management, sales progress management for the multiple condo projects with partner companies
    - To develop a new project with team members
    - Coordinate with a partner company to proceed with a condominium project
    - Check project progress
    - Research the Real estate market
    - Observe the progress of sales for Condominium and improve if there are some problems
    - Calculate profit by using EXCEL
    - Report to the Thai manager and Japanese manager
    - Other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male / Female 26 - 34 years old
    - Bachelor's degree in any fields
    - Have experience in project management/business development (Condominium) or Brokers, financial institutions (real estate related), real estate consultants or other related fields
    - English / Level 3 up for internal and external communication
