  • Job Description

    - Get New Inquiry and Generate designs for the Machine Concept, Estimate Machine Cost
    - Plan and Coordinate with Business Partners / Leaders of each departments involved with the Designing team
    - Design schedule and Project schedule to control the team member for working on time
    - Design any idea and assisting for making Machine with customer
    - Advisor for team member
    - Check material reports on a daily basis
    - Other related tasks as may be needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
    - At least 3 years of experience working as Design Leader in Machine Maker industry
    - At least 3 years of experience working to do Machine Concept, Estimate Machine Cost
    - Able to lead of designing team in order to company's goals
    - Able to use Program design 3D Inventor, Solid Work, 2D Auto Cad as well
    - Able to communicate in Japanese Language (N1-N2 is prefer) will be advantage
    - Able to manage the Project
    - Management Level, Leadership skill, Presentation, Active Personality

    【Advantage】
    - Have experience as Design in Japanese company, or in Japan will be advantage
    - Have a passion for machine design, study and always develop knowledge of technology to develop your own design skills
