  • Job Description

    - Providing office support including customer and employee support
    - Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
    - Researching company data and archived reports
    ‐ Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
    ‐ Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
    - Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors
    - Collecting and inputting company data (including trend search in the real estate development industry)
    - Building relationships with clients(In some cases)
    - Acting as a personal assistant to the executive team
    - Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
    - Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required

  • Requirement

    ◆ Female/Male, 25-38 years old/ Bachelor's degree
    ◆ English skill (3.5 up/TOEIC score 600 or above )
    ◆ Japanese skill N3 up
    ◆ Interested in real estate development industry
    ◆Good communication skill
    ◆Over 3 years of working experience
    ◆not Job hopper
    **Personality is important

    - Knowledgeable and understanding of financial statements
    ‐ Understand the mechanism of the general meeting of shareholders
    ‐ Experience in the real estate development industry,
    - Real estate development research business experience
