    - Design and develop the training program base on organization and training needs
    - Actively observe new or current knowledge and other science related to our business
    - Cooperate and arrange for in-house and external training
    - Set method to evaluate training after attending the class
    - Review incoming candidate's competencies for recruitment process
    - To perform recruitment and comply with selection strateg and policy

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, Age 35 years up
    - Bachelor's degree of Mechanical, Environmental, Industrial Engineering
    - At least 5 years experience of sales
    - Good command of English
    - Driving lisence and own a car

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in water and wastewater treatment plants are preferred
    ‐ Knowledge of sales, marketing, cost estimation, engineering and negotiation is a plus
    - Computer literacy
