• Job Description

  - Oversees and ensures the fulfillment of all financial functions in all phases of treasury, audit, general and cost accounting, payroll, disbursement, asset management, safe keeping and recording, banking and taxation.
  - Review financial records and documents and ensures compliance with established policies, procedures and directives.
  - Coordinates with the preparation and analysis of budget, financial forecast and variances.
  -Manages cash flow and relationship with banks. Ensure that the company is liquid to meet obligations and finance the organization's growth.
  - Ensures compliance to Corporate and local procedures, internal controls, and directives.
  - Oversees and provides support for the completion of the internal and external audit. Ensures that all internal and external reports are submitted on time.
  - Ensures compliance with all government reportorial and taxation requirements.
  - Ensures compliance with all financial statutory and legislative requirements for the organization and conduct all activities with high level of ethical standards.
  - Reviews compliance to BOI, local SEC, and other legal licenses and permits.
