  Responsible for Sea freight tasks (Logistics) such as Create documents and Import , Customer service
  
  - Manage Customer Service activity and coordinate with Sales Team.
  - Coordinate with customer by checking cost , setting up price and preparing necessary report.
  - Maintain for current customers for getting job & existing customers for expand job at Bangkok Branch.
  - Keeping existing customers and get comment for operation improvement.
  - Keeping good cooperation with customer service and other department in order to get new job and continue good service to the customers.
  - Close monitoring subsidiary staffs to follow WI and JD.
  - Control revenue , cost , profit and loss of department.
  - Monitoring customer’s shipment status until arrive to customer factory /arrival destination without fail.
  - Communicating foreign customer in English.
  - Checking out or improve operation, processes and organizational team.
