Job Description
• Developing the culture of the R&D group and the broader company global team, in order to Overseeing all HR Activities, processes and directions in the geographically responsibility.
• Improve process and system to ensure that teams are well performing and support business in terms of HRM.
• Oversea Performance Management system to align with business objectives, goals, mission, and vision and provide feedback.
• Carry out “Employee Engagement” initiatives to keep people together and make the workplace exciting, rewarding and engaging.
• Provide advice and consultative visions with managers in terms of employee relation and HR program.
• Management employee development programs to improve employees knowledge and skills, and conduct some training.
• Supervise and develop teams to enhance their career goals and satisfaction.
• Ensure competitive employee welfare and benefits.
• Promote company values and culture.
• Experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
Qualifications
Requirement
• Male / Female , Age 42-48 years old.
• Degree in HR or related practices.
• Have the experience to work with global and good management skills.
• 7+ year's experience in manufacturing.
• 10+ years' experience in Human Resource Managerial level with multi country responsibly
• Knowledge in HRM and HRD, HROD, HRBP.
• Skills in compensation Management and Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees is preferred.
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• Every good MS office skills with hand-on experience.
• Fluent in English. [Toeic 800 up]English Level
