    - Develop sales strategy with the company
    - Find new customer and maintain exist customers.
    - Serves customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
    - Manage the sales team to achieve sales target
    - Control sales area, office, and selling tools to be ready for sales
    - Decide, solve, and analyze problem to support sales team professionally
    - Train, monitor, and provide information to sales team to improve performance

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    *Must*
    - Male, age 32 - 45 years old.
    - Bachelor’s degree of Engineering in Electrical, Power, Instrumentation, or any other related field.
    - At least 5 years experiences in Sales Engineering
    - Ability to communicate in English
    - Have own car and driving license.

    *ADVANTAGE*
    - Have service mind and customer concentric.
    - Self-motivated with result oriented and can work under pressure.
    - Good computer skill; MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Internet.
    - Team player with high level of commitment.
