    Handling domestic customer
    - contact with customer of domestic under senior staff
    - Support to Sales department
    - Ordering / Invoicing / Delivery adjustment
    - Shipping instructions to the warehouse
    - Obtain information from customers as necessary
    - inventory control

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor Degree in any fields
    - English skill: more communication level
    - Have experience in sales support/customer service/import-export in Industry of Automotive or Trading (Electronics)

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in working at Japanese company
    - Have experience and knowledge of import/export (especially import)
    - Computer literacy: outlook Email, Excel (vlookup/pibottable)
