Job Description
【Role Purpose】
The Product Manager APACis responsible for coordinating all the activities required to get interface products in all categories(carpet tile, resilient flooring and rubber) to market, planning and carrying out product launches.
This involves bridging gaps between different functions within the company and aligning all the teams involved
= namely marketing sales and supply chain
【Scope of the role】
- Responsible for a soft resilient and rubber flooring category with over 200 Products.
- Interacts with most departments regional terms(Sales and product marketing), finance, and operations(manufacturing, technical, procurement, logistics & Planning).
- 12- 18 months cycle from concept to the introduction of new products.
- 5 - 10 new products per year plus amending another 3.

- New Product Sales as a % of billings.
- Improved speed to market of product introductions.
【Job descripcion】
- Identifying APAC developing trends in product preferences and buyer behaviour, investigating underlying causes for sales trends, and making recommendations on product portfolio actions based on the results.
- In conjunction with regional Product Marketing and Marketing Intelligence organize and monitor product-market testing
consolidating final feedback for review.
- Translate common product needs and opportunities by segment and geography into product development briefs.
- Identify the key benefits and value proposition of products to create and maintain cinnercialisations plans
and collateral(Including product training materials and sales training).
- Consolidate sales forecasts for new and/or proposed products based on comparable product performance impact f emerging trends, use of forecasting models etc. as appropriate.
- Support the sales process by providing appropriate product data to Account Managers and Customer services, ensure accurate, up to date and timely information and advice are provided when required.
- Provide technical training for Sales Marketing and Customer Services including training for a new Account Managers
as part of the induction process
- Work with the product design team to analyse and clarify product requirements.
- Analyze product marketing ideas and opportunities based on industry trends,
current market environment and competitive trends
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bacher degree in a related area, or equivalent real-world expertise.
- 5 years experience in a product management product operations or product support role.
- Experience in product management skills.
- Good command of English(L3 up).
- Ability to influence the most senior levels of management within the organization.English Level
