  - Male, age not over 45 years old.
  - Bachelor’s degree in any fields with proven record from solid
  - Experience as head of HR from medium size organization for minimum 5 years
  - Understanding of business management and inter-relationship between these disciplines
  - Demonstrate strengths in recruitment, performance management, organization development
  - Demonstrate strengths in interpersonal skills and functional technical skills with exposure to manufacturing operations
  - Possess a growth mindset which dare to challenge status quo, lead change, and continuous improvement
