    - Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve for customer and team
    - Provide clear information and logs to the development team when escalating the issues
    - Monitor, escalate, manage, and follow up any incidents in a timely manner
    - Proactively raise abnormal cases to prevent large scale problem
    - Ensure a smooth transition between shift by maintaining clear and concise handover document/work

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Only Male
    - Graduated BSc. Computer Science or IT related fields
    - Experience in IT support, and monitoring is a plus at least 3 years
    - Ability to communicate in English clearly and effectively (written and verbal)
    - Must be able to work on shifts including nights and weekend to support IT operation
    - Able to travel locally and internationally.
