  - Management team (Automotive designer) and follow up company policy.
  - Maintain existing and improvement work.
  - Monitoring and leader in relation to control plan.
  - Cooperation with customer and Factory.
  - Responsibility to participate and define topic of Department Policy with Policy Management.
  - Managing Digital Design process in both 2D and 3D and following the development of three-dimensional digital.
  - Interfacing with other product development functions to achieve optimal results.
  
  The Design Manager will lead studio design team in the development of fully feasible
  automotive designs. He/She will be responsible for interpreting management’s vision
  and direction, and effectively guide his/her team in the creation of sketches,
  renderings, 3D Digital proposals, or physical models for management reviews.
  He/She will also interface with the Program and Engineering team throughout the
  vehicle development process to ensure that design solutions are desirable, feasible and
  viable.
