Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities and conduct market analysis
- Formulate strategic plans, perform financial analysis of prospective target portfolios for acquisition, divestment, joint venture & merger and eventually see through the execution of the plans
- Gather and analyse energy business data for information database and also presentation
- Identify investment opportunities and/or asset acquisition
- Conduct detailed feasibility study and financial model for project analysis and acquisition, perform scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Recommend or suggest for decision-making based on analysis results and economic implications
- Support due diligence matters, consultants coordination, commercial negotiations and investment proposal
- Handle competitor mapping for strategic and project levels
- Identify all opportunities for projects, primarily for the sector but also wider opportunities
- Manage the risk process across the entire portfolio of the projects in compliance with corporate policy
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 25-30
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineer or related field
- More than one year's working experience in business development, marketing, business/financial analyst in renewable energy sector or other related businesses
- Possess strong analytical thinking, business-oriented and interpersonal skill
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (in both Thai and English)
- Demonstrated leadership skills and results orientation
- Ability to take ownership and accountability for projects
- Expertise in computer abilities (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)English Level
