• Job Description

  - Responsible for management of accounting, finance, and cost division of S&B business
  - Manage, control, analyse, and submit on time and reliable accounting and financial information and analysis for management decision making
  - Provide accurate accounting data and report according to assigned schedule (the important reports are financial statement and relevant supplementary data)
  - Ensure timely presentation of all financial reports required for review and monitoring
  - Introduce and maintain adequate internal control system for efficient financial management to S&B division
  - Monitor overseas customers and control credit lines to reduce risks from account receivable
  - Reduce debtor days outstanding to be in line with the company's policy
  - Monthly reconciliation and preparing details of accounts as required
  - Report to S&B Division Manager of overall financial information
  - Assist in the preparation of annual budget/quarterly forecast analysis
  - Track and report variances against budget to S&B division and to senior management with the objective for effective control
  - Ensures compliance with GAAP standards, policies, and procedure
  - Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close requirement
  - Supervise daily activities of the Accounting Department and backup as necessary
