    - Support and coordinate sales activity as supervisor requirement
    - Handle the quotations from customer’s inquiry
    - Input data to system and arrange the sales reports of sales department (weekly, monthly)
    - Arrange and check the billing to proceed the payment with accounting for suppliers
    - Other tasks as assign by manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female
    - Age between 23-30 years old
    - Bachelor’s degree in any field (Engineering back-ground is preferable)
    - Experience : At least 1 year in Sales Coordinator field
    - Neo-3
    - Working experience at a Japanese company is preferable.
    - Only Non-smoker
    - Ability to work with team, punctuality and loyalty
    - Living near working location or be able to move near working location
