  • Job Description

    *Be the main contact point between the company and the customers.
    *Cooperate with Siam Nistrans’s each department, customer, shipping agent/freight forwarder.
    *Co-ordinate with customers, carriers, suppliers and related departments for export/import process.
    *Coordinate with customers and overseas agents for obtaining shipment instructions.
    *Handle all relevant export/import documents
    *Issue Invoices to customers and overseas agents and to Siam Nistrans’s branch/associate.
    *Create job files and issue reconciliation sheet.
    *Recheck cost and follow up expense and payment to carriers, suppliers, subcontractors and overseas agents.
    *Filing documents.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    *male/female
    *28-35 years old
    *Bachelor degree in Logistics/ warehouse management or any related field.
    *At least 3 years experience in freight forwarder in both import and export or have been worked with logistics company.
    *Good command of written and spoken English and computer literate.
    *Can work in Saturday - Sunday (Sometimes)
