工作内容
Responsibilities and Duties:1. Manage, maintain, and procure company assets, supplies, and facilities (e.g., computers, office equipment), including inventory control2. Prepare documents for new employees and support visa and work permit processes for both new and existing employees3. Oversee employee attendance management and ensure accurate timekeeping records4. Update Thai labor law information and prepare related manuals in Thai and Japanese5. Maintain office operations, company documents, and a positive work environment6. Other administrative tasks as assigned.
