  【Job Description】
  - Process sales orders and answer customer questions.
  - Prepare price quotations and estimate shipping costs.
  - Prepare export and import paperwork, customs forms, invoices, delivery notes, billing notes, receipts, and other documents.
  - Book trucks, ships, or air cargo for deliveries.
  - Follow up on delivery schedules, handle claims, and maintain sales records and databases.
  - Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and forwarders for import and export shipments.
  - Facilitate communication among sales staff, engineers, clients, the warehouse, and other departments.
  - Track shipments and resolve delivery delays.
  - Perform other tasks assigned by the MD or manager.
