工作内容
- Contact Production Control at HQ in Japan.
- To coordinate with Sales Division for delivery product and confirmation schedule.
- Perform Delivery control, and shipment arrangement.
- Reminded the critical item delivery with the Japanese Manager and Sales Division.
- Reminded the excess stock report to all of the Sales team for clearing and next action for selling.
- Coordinating with the Sales team and colleagues in the overseas sales office and other Departments.
- To do other tasks as assigned.
资格
应征条件
- Male or Female age not over 32 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience in Purchasing / Billing / Stock / Sales support will be an advantage.
- Computer literate in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Good command of English, both oral and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines
- Reliable, trustworthy & teamwork.
- Service-minded attitude.英文
