- Manage sales targets, business planning, and market expansion.
- Manage distributors, customers, contracts, and receivables.
- Oversee inventory, sales operations, assets, and operating costs.
- Lead manpower planning, training, performance, and KPI management.
- Ensure safety, quality, food compliance, and regulatory standards.
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, people management, and branch warehouse operations.
- Willing to travel outside the assigned area for training or relocate as required.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Experience in FMCG sales management is required.英文
