• 工作内容

  1.Sales Operation and Enablement
  -Oversee and manage daily sales operations, including issuing quotations and sales orders, to ensure smooth operation, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policy.
  -Providing operational support and coverage during team absences, while serving as the primary escalation point for complex transactions and operational issues.
  -Allocate workload, manage team performance, and ensure timely task completion.
  
  2.Customer Service & Experience
  -Drive SLA compliance, service quality, and customer satisfaction through feedback and continuous improvement.
  -Act as the first point of escalation for complex internal issues.
  
  3.Team Performance and Development
  -Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Coordinators through training, performance reviews, and continuous feedback to drive accountability.
  -Foster a positive, high-performing team culture that encourages collaboration and accountability.
  
  4.Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Improvement
  -Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth information flow and alignment with business goals.
  -Identify process bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge repositories.
  
  5. Data & Performance Reporting
  -Monitor operational KPIs and provide regular reports to leadership to support data-driven decisions.
  -Perform other duties as assigned.
