    1. Japanese Corporate Network Building & Expansion
    - Ecosystem Engagement: Proactively build, maintain, and leverage relationships within the Japanese business community, including the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI), trade associations, and relevant industry groups.
    - Industrial Park & Hub Networking: Drive networking initiatives and ground-level relationship building within key industrial parks and economic zones heavily populated by Japanese enterprises.
    - Referral Generation: Establish strong rapport with existing clients and strategic partners to organically generate high-quality business referrals.
    - Executive-Level Engagement: Map target organizations strategically and successfully arrange, facilitate, and advance C-level and executive-level business meetings (Top-to-Top management meetings).

    2. Strategic Proposal & High-Trust Advisory
    - Value-Based Selling: Conduct targeted sales activities that effectively articulate the company’s core strengths, specifically emphasizing high quality, proven track records, and operational stability to match Japanese corporate expectations.
    - Customized Solutions: Analyze specific client pain points and engineer tailored, highly customized proposal materials and solutions.
    - Data-Driven Presentations: Deliver transparent, objective, and data-backed presentations to secure stakeholder buy-in.
    - Localization of Standards: Ensure all documentation, communication styles, and deliverables strictly align with the rigorous quality, formatting, and cultural standards expected by Japanese corporations.

    3. Long-Term Relationship Management & Partnership Enhancement
    - Account Management: Shift from transactional sales to a relationship-driven model, cultivating long-term, sustainable partnerships with key accounts.
    - Consistent Engagement (Consistent follow-ups): Maintain consistent, structured communication and regular follow-ups with clients, even during periods without active projects, to ensure top-of-mind awareness.
    - Crisis Management: Act as the primary escalation point, providing rapid, transparent, and sincere resolution to issues or complaints to maintain and restore trust.
    - Strategic Co-Creation: Partner with clients on long-term business planning, collaborating on joint product development, production forecasting, and mid-to-long-term strategic roadmaps.

    ・Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 up)
    ・Sales or markeing experience in the following industries; real estate, construction, design, architecture, interior design, furniture trading, interior decoration materials, and facade design
