  【Responsibilities】
  Production and Manufacturing Process & System Analysis
  ・Direct the understanding of clients' business strategy and the characteristics of their Product Master Data Management and Production operations, along with related support functions
  ・Direct analysis of business model, process, data, systems, and automation to identify business issues, root causes, and impact across Production and Manufacturing, Product Master Data Management and Product Lifecycle Management, and Maintenance Operations
  ・Spearhead the design of practical, in-depth solutions across operational strategy, business process, data management, automation, and system enablement, bringing forward original approaches to client challenges and demonstrating deep
  subject-matter expertise across supply chain and operations
  ・Guide the evaluation of systems and automation against the designed business blueprint, factoring in business requirements, functional capability, and ROI
  ・Lead coordination with MES, PLM, IoT, and Maintenance IT vendors on system evaluation
  
  Supply Chain Management Transformation and ERP Assessment
  ・Direct analysis of process, data, systems, organization, and skills across the supply chain (or a selected function) to identify business issues, root causes, and impact
  ・Shape the design of practical solutions spanning business process, system model, and operation management methods to resolve identified issues effectively
  ・Guide the evaluation and recommendation of current systems, technology, and ERP utilization against business requirements, setting best practices and reusable approaches across the firm
  
  Supply Chain Planning Solution
  ・Direct analysis of clients' demand planning, supply planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  ・Shape the design of planning models, forecasting methods, and inventory optimization approaches that improve service levels and reduce cost
  ・Guide evaluation and recommendation of planning systems and tools (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
  ・Lead S&OP process design and drive alignment across demand, supply, and finance stakeholders at the executive level
  ・Stay ahead of regulations, trends, and technologies shaping supply chain, planning, and operations, translating insights into new service offerings and client value
  
  Solution Deployment Support and SCM Technology Project Management
  ・Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment
  ・Manage end-to-end delivery of system implementation projects — leading project teams of up to five consultants, managing vendors, budgets, schedule, and scope, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
