  - Be responsible for individual achievement on Life.
  - Search the new prospective client from the internet and database of SCS.
  - Find the new prospective client by cold call. (Internet searching)
  - Support the referral case referred by the existing customer or Japanese.
  - Approach the prospect client by knocking door and making a relationship.
  - Contact the client to request the information for quoting.
  - Cross-selling for getting more customers in non-life team.
  - Support Company’s New Project as supervisor and manager assign.
  - Make an appointment with the new prospective client to visit and get the information.
  - Co-ordinate with the insurer to receive the proposal and negotiate with the insurer.
  - Submit the proposal to the prospective client. Make a presentation to prospective client during bidding.
  - Follow up the feedback from the prospective client.
  - Present the company profile and insurance benefit to all employees of the client as instruction.
  - Visit the customer with the renewal team and transfer the account to renewal team smoothly.
  - Report the problem to the supervisor and manager for finding the best solution.
  - Support some of existing customers along with renewal team especially for big case to maintain with us.
