1. Team Management & Leadership• Lead and manage a cross-functional division team of 5–7 members across research, planning, creative, and communication units.• Set individual KPIs and KGIs, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and development feedback.• Conduct monthly and quarterly team performance reporting to senior management.• Develop long-term HR planning and team structure strategy aligned with business direction.2. Revenue & Financial Responsibility• Take full ownership of division billing targets.• Lead annual sales forecasting and budgeting for the division.• Conduct monthly sales performance reporting and make data-driven budget adjustments.• Oversee project cost estimation, cost control, and profit management across all active accounts.3. Key Account & Stakeholder Management• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, including a major Japanese automotive brand (regional scope).• Build trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders at regional and global levels.• Present project updates, strategic proposals, and business insights in a consultative and structured manner.• Manage confidential client assets (including prototype vehicles, pre-launch materials, and restricted documentation) with strict compliance and discretion.4. Business Development & Strategy• Establish and execute sales strategies to acquire new projects and expand existing account scope.• Develop and lead proposal creation, pitch presentations, and project acquisition strategies.• Drive international and local business expansion opportunities.• Review and approve legal documents, contracts, and commercial agreements at division level.5. Innovation & Digital Transformation• Lead digital transformation initiatives including digitalization of training manuals, educational content, and marketing assets.• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled content management and process automation solutions.• Initiate and manage pilot projects, translating concepts into scalable business solutions.6. Project & Solution Delivery• Oversee end-to-end project execution (planning through delivery), ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction.• Supervise project pipelines and workstreams across all active division accounts.• Manage cross-functional project teams including creative, production, translators, vendors, and technology partners.7. Product Marketing Knowledge & Research• Develop an in-depth understanding of client products, including review of design engineering documents, product marketing guides, and market research materials.• Oversee the development of product training guidebooks, walkaround videos, product marketing workshop content, and other client-facing assets.• Design and lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives including VoC collection, competitor benchmarking, and product evaluation.
