Develop innovative products and solutions from fresh agricultural produce, including Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Ready-to-Cook (RTC) product categories.5. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to formulate effective business strategies.6. Plan and execute branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities across online and offline channels.7. Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand distribution networks.8. Collaborate with production, procurement, supply chain, and related functions to ensure operational excellence.9. Prepare performance reports and provide business improvement recommendations to senior management.
