Key Responsibilities
• Identify, build, and manage relationships with KOLs/KOCs/media partners in Thailand.
• Establish the booking process: from searching, negotiating, and planning to execution and maintaining long-term KOC partnerships.
• Execute and monitor booking activities, ensuring timeliness and quality of KOC booking.
• Manage the booking pipeline, update deal status, and provide regular reports to the Country Manager & Booking Lead.
• Report and analyze booking performance (revenue, ROI) and propose optimization solutions.
资格
任职资格
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in booking, influencer marketing, or partnership management (preferably in a startup or market expansion environment).
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of the influencer/KOL/KOC market in Thailand.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, budget management, and data analysis.
• Proactive, agile, ambitious, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure.英文
