工作内容
- Propose new or existing products to target customers.
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Manage sale activity and forecast sale volume.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new products.
- Solving the unexpected situations.
- Set up, control, review KPI department and action.
- ISO Procedure: Order receiving, customer satisfactory.
- Work closely with RD, Sale, Production, QC team for new product requirment and launching schedule.
- Other task as assignment.
资格
任职资格
[Must]
- Strong communication level English
- 5+ years of sales or marketing experience within the FMCG or Food business (B to C)
- 8+ years experience in sale or marketing role (at least 3 years in supervisor position)
- Proficient with analysing data in MS excel & Deriving actionable insight and creating & presenting business plans on powerpoint.
