  - Manage and develop both existing customers and new business opportunities within the automotive industry
  - Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve sales targets
  - Promote products and proactively propose new items to customers to increase sales volume
  - Follow up on quotations, close sales, and manage overall sales pipeline
  - Build strong relationships with key accounts and provide ongoing customer support
  - Visit customers regularly to gather feedback, identify new opportunities, and improve service performance
  - Handle material price adjustments and communicate updates effectively to customers
  - Monitor customer forecasts and coordinate with production teams in case of order fluctuations
  - Manage delivery schedules by checking stock availability and confirming shipment timelines with customers
  - Support special orders, including sample wheels (imported and locally produced), ensuring smooth coordination
  - Negotiate and resolve delivery or commercial issues to maintain customer satisfaction
  - Prepare weekly sales reports and summarize key sales issues for Sales meetings
  - Participate in Sales & Production Control (PC) meetings to align demand planning and operations
  - Support customer survey documentation and handle all related commercial documents
  - Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
