    1. Poultry Business (Primary Responsibility / Parent Company Support)
    • Communicate daily with the parent company in Japan in Japanese (reporting,
    coordination, and consultation)
    - Negotiate and coordinate with Thai packers and suppliers in Thai language to ensure smooth operations
    - Manage shipment schedules, quality control standards, and necessary documentation for poultry products
    - Lead and support factory visits by Japanese staff, including high-level interpretation and on-site coordination
    - Collaborate closely with the restructured Japan chicken team to align on strategy and execution

    2. Business Development & Existing Account Management
    - Develop and secure new projects/orders from the existing customer base
    - Actively seek business expansion opportunities with a strategic focus on the Pet Food industry
    - Identify customer requirements and propose tailored product solutions or new business models
    - Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and competitor activities, especially in the pet food sector

资格

  • 任职资格

    [Must]
    - Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or N3 (Business communication level)
    - Minimum 2 years of professional working experience
    - Strong logical thinking and communication skills to work effectively with Japanese counterparts
    - Have basic Excel knowledge.

    [Advantage]
    - Experience in the food industry, trading, or Pet Food related business
    - Experience in import/export operations
    - Ability to communicate in English (email and basic conversation)
