【Job Summary】This role is responsible for leading and managing the direct sales channel for equipment and consumables. The position oversees the development and execution of sales and PTP (Procure-to-Pay / Order-to-Cash) master plans, drives monthly target achievement, manages government tenders, and leads the acquisition and execution of large-scale projects.1. Sales & PTP Planning- Develop and execute annual, mid-term, and monthly Sales Master Plans- Develop and manage PTP Master Plans (Order–Shipment–Collection cycle)- Ensure alignment between sales targets, operational capacity, and financial objectives2. Performance Management- Set monthly sales and PTP targets- Monitor progress and conduct variance analysis- Implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement3. Team Management- Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and workforce planning- Build a high-performing sales organization4. Key Account Management- Develop and maintain relationships with major corporate clients- Lead negotiations and contract execution- Expand strategic accounts and drive long-term partnerships5. Government Tender Management- Prepare tender documentation and pricing strategy- Conduct pre-bid negotiations- Oversee project execution and compliance management6. Order-to-Cash Optimization- Optimize the process from order intake to shipment and collection- Coordinate inventory management and delivery schedules- Improve receivables collection performance7. Demand Forecasting & Process Improvement- Conduct demand forecasting and sales pipeline analysis- Improve sales processes and operational efficiency8. Revenue & Pricing Strategy- Manage profitability and margin performance- Develop pricing strategies- Resolve channel conflicts and ensure market alignment
