  • Prepare Quotation for new requirement, cost simulation and any price requirements.
  • Monitor claim and complaint issues by coordinating with concern department (FQE, Logistic) to solve problems.
  • Analyze customer’s forecast data to ensure accurate information, input to company system and report to Manager
  • Making monthly/yearly sales plan based on customer’s forecast and market information and monitoring order to achieve sales target.
  • Responsibility of customer’s order for delivery on time and negotiating with customer for appropriate L/T, schedule and forecast to prevent the production’s line stop
  • Coordinate with Japan HQ, factory and oversea branches (in English) for getting support customer’s requirement
  • Document Support to customers
  • Find new customers and maintain current customers to increase sales and profit
  • To get customer satisfaction by maintaining and developing relations
