工作内容
Sales & marketing :- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve company goals- Lead and train the sales team to improve performance- Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and evaluate team and individual performance- Prepare summary sales and purchase reports for presentation to senior management- Collaborate with all departments to align sales efforts- Identify and pursue target customers in both existing and new markets- Support and respond to customer requests (RFQ, complaints, activities)Production Control :- Review the production plan to meet manufacturing operational requirements- Ensure daily production targets are achieved to meet customer expectations- Monitor and analyze production performance and report to relevant departments- Determine product delivery dates based on material availability and capacity- Manage appropriate inventory levels for efficient production and inventory controlBOI & Import-Export :- Manage the team and review processes related to BOI (promotion certificate documents, privileges)- Follow up to ensure export-import tasks and shipments (overseas and free-zone) are on schedule, including invoice, packing list, BOI and non-BOI privileges, FTA, certificates of origin, freight forwarder/shipping line documents, entry documents, airway bill (AWB), and bill of lading for accuracy- Coordinate with freight forwarders for cost-reduction activities- Prepare and report monthly summaries to senior management (import-export expenses, tariff codes)Purchasing :- Plan purchasing with overseas and local suppliers- Source, select, and negotiate for best quality, price, delivery, and service with suppliers- Monitor vendor claims for defects and shortages and manage claims (CN, DN)- Lead the team in cost-reduction activities
