工作内容
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide product information, quotations, and basic logistics/transportation advice.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new potential leads.
- Coordinate internally with operations and support teams to ensure customer needs are fully understood and met.
- Follow up with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
- Support customer issue resolution by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Prepare sales activity reports for supervisors/managers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategy.
资格
应征条件
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Proficient in computer usage and basic software.
- Energetic, service-minded, and goal-oriented英文
