Job Summary:
As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, You will leverage your deep expertise in Salesforce and Solution Architecture to analyze complex business needs, design innovative solutions, and guide clients through their digital transformation journey. This role demands a balance of business acumen, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to ensure success in both presales engagements and project delivery phases.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery meetings to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
- Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
- Deliver tailored Salesforce demos, workshops, and proofs of concept to showcase the proposed solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, including solution overviews, technical specifications, effort estimates, and project plans.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and provide strategic guidance for aligning Salesforce capabilities with business processes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance during the delivery design phase to ensure successful implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and emerging technologies to deliver innovative solutions and competitive advantages.

应征条件
【Must】
- Good command of English (Business Level)
- 3+ years of experience in CRM or SaaS solution architecture
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and declarative tools.
【Advantage】
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Consultant with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
- Proficient in Salesforce data modeling, integration patterns, security models, and performance optimization.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience in presales activities, including leading workshops, preparing proposals, and conducting demos.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or related Architect are highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools (Apex, Lightning Web Components) is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of industry-specific use cases and best practices in Salesforce implementations.英文
