  Our client is seeking a finance professional to lead and support startup financing and M&A-related activities.
  The role involves originating and executing lending transactions for startup companies, conducting financial due diligence, monitoring portfolio performance, and coordinating with external professional advisors.
  This position requires strong analytical capability, business development skills, and the ability to evaluate early-stage business risks.
  
  【Job Responsibility】
  ・Originate and develop lending opportunities through networking with venture capital firms, startup ecosystems, related associations, and industry events
  ・Conduct credit analysis including financial statement review, cash flow projections, business model assessment, and market analysis
  ・Prepare credit proposals and present findings to internal decision-makers
  ・Structure loan terms based on risk profile and business potential
  ・Monitor post-disbursement performance, including financial health, covenant compliance, and business progress
  ・Identify early warning signs and recommend risk mitigation strategies
  ・Support M&A transactions including financial analysis, valuation support, and due diligence coordination
  ・Liaise with external accounting firms, legal advisors, and other professional service providers
  ・Assist in transaction structuring and documentation process
  ・Conduct market and industry research to support strategic investment decisions
