工作内容
- Develop and monitor general affairs, HRM and HRD
- Develop and implement HR policies, company rules and regulations.
- Performs and support HR activities, payroll, benefits, attendance
- Review, monitor and manage work of GA and HR team and other sub-ordinates
- Plan, executes recruitment and all hiring-related process .
- Maintain relationship between the employees and the company.
- Prepare weekly report and monthly report to present in the meeting.
- Other duties assigned

应征条件
- Female
- Age 40-50 years old.
- Thai Nationality
- More than 10 years experience in HR and GA (HRM & HRD)
- Having management experiences
- Knowledge about building maintenances and utilities system.
- Knowledge ISO, FSSC, URSA, SMETA etc.
- Conversation of Japanese (N2)
- Good command in English
- Good knowledge in Labor law, Labor protection law
- Service mind, Strong leadership skills英文
