工作内容
- Provide HR strategics aligned with the organization's overall business objectives in present and future growth
- Lead and implement for Human Resources Management i.e. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning,
- Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Job Analysis & Salary Structure, Retention, and Employee Experience
- Lead and implement for Human Resources Development i.e.Successor & Talent Development, Career Path Development, and Learning & Development,
- Provide consultant to executive management teams and leaders on human resource-related issues and mentor all HR teams
- Advice and provide all HR policiesguidance and communicate to related parties.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
资格
应征条件
- Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources management, business administration, or related fields
- At least 15 years of experience in HRM, HRD, and HRBP with at least 10 years of experience in HR managerial level (having experience in the company size 1,000+headcounts would be an advantage)
- Strategic understanding of matters such as employee experience, talent management, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, organizational development, and employer branding
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong leadership, strategicplanning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, management, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MSand HRIS(Workday would be an advantage)
- Fluent in English both written and spoken英文
