  -Lead team to be the internal Digital Media Agency to serve the best performance to clients
  -Managing and allocating media budgets for all different categories based on historical performance and objectives
  -Planning media and marketing tools inside and outside marketplaces channels
  -Planning and analyzing affiliate marketing program
  -Measurement and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and also P&L Management
  -Analyzing and performing ads reports
  -Analyzing market trends to evaluate organic and paid relevant keywords from all across categories
  -Planning, managing and evaluating effective traffic channels to grow ECommerce sales
  -Provide insights and recommendations to improve future return on ads spent
  -Managing content creation, copywriting and Livestream on ECommerce Platform
  -Evaluating right KOL and/or influencers to increase impression and engagement
  -Working with cross-functional departments to align with the plans and objectives
