  • 工作内容

    -Act as a liaison between customers, the team in Thailand, Europe and USA, and business partners/suppliers around the world
    -Handle daily order processing and supply chain tasks including issuing PO's, arranging shipments, booking invoices, and following up payments
    -Create and maintain item data, and order and delivery status
    -Handle customer inquiries, complaints and coordinate internally
    -Support new projects including contacting suppliers, sending samples, and preparing required documents
    -Monitor and update data accuracy in ERP system
    -Other administrative tasks could be assigned

资格

  • 应征条件

    -Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or related field
    -Good written and spoken in English
    -Able to work independently but also is a team player
    -Solid computer literacy: Word, Excel, Email, etc. Note that we will train you in our order processing system.
    -Problem-solver, service minded, positive orientation, honest, intelligent and patient
    -Should understand export-related logistics – INCO terms, shipping documents. Products exported from China and Thailand to Middle East, Europe and Americas.
    -Good Interpersonal skill and Negotiation skills.
    -Good computer skills
    -Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
    -At least 3 years experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding or Customer Services
