    - More than 1 year experiences in application development & design are required
    - Knowledge of COBOL Programming, run on mainframe, JCL, CICS and credit card systems, experience from banking industry would be advantage
    - Ability to work well under pressure, self-motivated & result oriented
    - Good written and verbal communication skills
