    - Role of Customer Representative
    - Role of submit PPAP
    - Capture all customer Purchase Orders (POs) accurately
    - Ensure customers’ requirement are fully defined and understood by JWST
    - Follow up on all customers’ request on reschedule, order cancellation, order amendments, deliveries, etc
    - Provide support to all Sales persons
    - Maintain good rapport between customer and JWST at all times
    - Ensure customer’s satisfaction, company’s image and reputation is upheld at all times
    - Arrange and coordinate on all FA submission
    - Filing of FA, approval and rejection reports,
    - Issue official drawings to Production, QA and Sales department,
    - Other jobs

资格

  • 应征条件

    [Must]
    - Male/Female, age 25-40 years old.
    - Bachelor degree in Engineering
    - Experience in Sales Engineer in Automotive field.
    - Preferable exposures to ASIAN markets
    - At least 3 years experience in Related experiences, Project management skills, Marketing, Trade shows experiences
    - Proficient in English

    - Negotiation skill
    - Have car and Driver license
