• Job Description

  - Role of Customer Representative
  - Role of submit PPAP
  - Capture all customer Purchase Orders (POs) accurately
  - Ensure customers’ requirement are fully defined and understood by JWST
  - Follow up on all customers’ request on reschedule, order cancellation, order amendments, deliveries, etc
  - Provide support to all Sales persons
  - Maintain good rapport between customer and JWST at all times
  - Ensure customer’s satisfaction, company’s image and reputation is upheld at all times
  - Arrange and coordinate on all FA submission
  - Filing of FA, approval and rejection reports,
  - Issue official drawings to Production, QA and Sales department,
