  - Work closely with digital marketing team in HQ to develop appropriate layout, design, functions, e-commerce websites to attract users and aim for high conversion
  - Work closely with marketing team (local or HQ) to develop static landing pages and customer journeys from digital or non-digital marketing to company's website with high conversion
  - Manage digital and/or non-digital marketing production cycle to ensure all media are delivered within the timeframe
  - Control and brief designers, web developers, production team both internally and externally for digital and non-digital marketing production
  - Report on digital and non-digital marketing programs from web and e-commerce points of views
  - Give expert recommendations to improve results
