Responsibility for Implementation
Compliance
Administer and provide support for compliance system and internal control system (including Risk Management) IN ORDER TO ensure that MHM comply to all internal and external laws and regulations.
Legal Affairs
Advise, Counsel and provide support for all MHM's activities related to all laws and regulations, Government sector IN ORDER TO ensure that all activities met the company 's objectives and requirements and complied with Thai laws and other related regulations.
Government Sector Coordination
Coordinate with internal and external unit for BOD Meeting, Shareholder Meeting, and other company's business IN ORDER TO ensure that the results are align with business objective and complied with Thai Law and other related regulations.
Corporate communication and Corporate Social Resposibility
Provide support for Corporate Communication and Corporated Social Responsibility (CSR Acitities) IN ORDER TO ensure that company has good relationship with the stakeholders.
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in law.
- At least 3 year experience in legal support and Thai laws and legal system
- At least 3 year experience in legal support and Thai laws and legal system
- Self-motivated, independent, service mind, pleasure and good communication skills at all levels
- Communication & Interpersonal Understanding, Efficiency & Effectiveness of Work, Initiative, Adaptability to changes, Teamwork & Cooperation, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving英文
